🚚 Shipping & Delivery – Kulchem Cleaning Solutions

Within Gauteng Province:

• 0 – 35 km: Free delivery on orders over R800

• 10 – 25 km: R150

• 25 – 50 km: R250

• Over 50 km: Delivery fees will be automatically calculated at checkout by our shipping partner.

• We reserve the right to change delivery charges at any time and without notice to you.

Pick-Up Option:

• You are welcome to collect your order directly from our Kulchem Cleaning Solutions warehouse in Edenvale – FREE of charge.

Nationwide Orders (Outside Gauteng):

• We ship across South Africa and internationally

• Shipping costs depend on weight and region and will be shown at checkout.

• These rates come directly from the courier company and are not controlled by Kulchem Cleaning Solutions.

Processing & Delivery Times:

• Orders are packaged within 1 – 3 working days.

• Delivery is usually completed within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.

• Out-of-stock products can still be ordered, but may take an extra 1 – 2 days.

• Customers outside of Gauteng may be contacted by email (info@kulchem.co.za) for confirmation.

🔄 Returns & Refunds – Kulchem Cleaning Solutions

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

• If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return it to our Edenvale warehouse (by appointment).

• A full refund will be issued once the returned items are received in their original packaging and condition.
